Help Kulcharo Family Rebuild Farm and Life

Donation protected
The Kulcharo Family—Kul, Kiattisak, and their son Teerasak—have dedicated their lives to farming in Waialua, North Shore Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. For 21 years, Kiattisak has worked the land, growing bittermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, pumpkin, and more. Their farm is not just their workplace, but their home; the family resides in a container on their farmland, living simply and working hard to provide for themselves and their community.

Recently, the Kona low storm devastated their 20-acre farm, flooding and decimating half of their land. The storm destroyed their waterway and irrigation system, along with fertilizer, generators, power supply, tools, and essential farming equipment. The Kulcharo Family was present when the storm hit, and thankfully, they were able to reach high ground and stay safe. However, the damage left behind has threatened their livelihood and ability to recover.

Immediate support is needed to help the Kulcharo Family rebuild what was lost and help them get back on their feet. Every little bit helps. Please donate and share if youʻre able to. Mahalo ❤️
