Hiya everyone! As many of you know KT and I have been together for 13 years. Since 2012 I’ve always noticed that there was something different about KT, and as it turns out KT felt that way too. Since childhood, KT had felt like they were in the wrong body and would’ve done anything to feel “right” and “normal”. After suffering for years, KT learned more and more about themselves and that there were things that could be done to help feel more like their soul matches their exterior. Throughout our 13 years together we have been through so much as a couple. As you know we moved to Ohio a few years ago. Since then, we have had a lot thrown at us in life. Between medical diagnosis, countless doctors appointments, missing work for weeks at a time, down time, a few different moves and personal issues as well as family issues, it’s been a tough few years in Ohio. However, KT just got a little good news in the right direction, but still has a lot of hurdles to get over. For his whole life, KT has been unhappy in his body and it has severely affected his mental health. He just got word that his insurance claim for chest masculinization/top surgery has been approved! Which is more than amazing and life changing news for him. The hurdles we are dealing with to get to the surgery being done are the upfront fees insurance isn’t covering, as well as monthly expenses to make up for the down time after the surgery. I’m here asking for anything anyone is willing to donate to help him reach this lifelong, life changing, and overall improvement of quality of life goal. I’m hoping we can get this surgery completed as soon as possible so the love of my life can finally begin to live his life as the person he’s always been inside for 34 years. He has given me full permission to share about his life and his hopes for the future in this attempt to reach out for help. I’m more than excited to introduce everyone to my husband. Anything will help our cause and we are more than grateful for any and all help.
