HELP KRYSTAL and JACQUELINE GO TO MALAWI

Hey, it’s me, Krystal. If you’ve been following my story for the last year, you know that God pricked my heart to go to Malawi in Africa last year, and I did not want to go. God used my daughter, Jacqueline, who DID want to go to Africa, as a way to get me there, but it turned out to be without her. Little did I know God was doing a work in me, sending me without Jacqueline, and giving me a heart for these people. The good news is, recently I found out Jacqueline will be going this year. She is so excited!

Jacqueline and I are going with 10 others to Lilongwe, Malawi, Africa in early May to work with Abode Communities Malawi. I do not know yet what all we will be doing, but last year I had the opportunity to lead many into a relationship with Christ, pray for many who were sick/injured and see them miraculously healed, teach a class at a seminary, and help with children’s meetings. This year we must raise $6,000 for the trip ($3,000 each), by March 23rd, which will cover our flights, as well as our lodging, food, and other expenses while in Malawi.

This year I am looking forward to reconnecting with those I built relationships with last year and hear and see how God has continued the good work He started in them. I’m excited to be a part of whatever God has planned for me this year, knowing I have grown in boldness since last year’s trip. As a result of what God did in and through my life during last year’s trip, opportunities have opened up to me to minister since then.

Jacqueline is excited to go and learn new things and build her faith. It will be her first time out of the country or on an airplane.

It will be great for her to experience Africa since she’s had a desire to go there since she was a small child. Now at age 14, God is sending her with me.  I am so excited to see what God is going to do in her life! We will be challenged to step out of our comfort zones and see God show up and touch lives through us. How humbling and amazing that the God of the universe chooses to work through us.
