My name is Kristyl Ann Errua, 32 yrs old and I have been diagnosed with Adrenocortical carcinoma. It is a RARE DISEASE in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the outer layer of the adrenal gland. It is a one in a million case. On December 17 2021 my 4 inch tumor was removed from me. Unfortunately, there were complications during the surgery and I lost a good amount of blood. The doctors had to transfer 15-17 blood bags to me. I have been staying at the hospital for almost 3 weeks now. My bills are now at Php 1.2M. As a bpo agent, my monthly earnings are not enough to pay for my hospital bill. I’ve maxed out my company’s HMO. Also, before my surgery, my family has been hit by typhoon Odette.
This has been a challenge for me financially, emotionally, mentally and physically. I am knocking on your hearts to please send me any help you can so I can settle my hospital bills as it is piling up. A dollar would go a long way. I really don’t have any other source of help for my financial needs & that is why I am here. I know that God will provide me with my needs through people like you.
- I personally known Kristyl (https://www.facebook.com/kroxol )because I was given the opportunity to be involve in her life thru bible study and her baptism decades ago when she was just a teenager. She is an example of real strengh and courage for all women. I set up this go fund me because I know there are a lot of people with a good and generous heart willing to help a little penny which it will go a long way to help her in dealling with all the medical bill and personal expenses. please take time to read her story coming from her guardian and from her best friend Jixel:
-Kristyl spent her birthday, christmas and now new year in the hospital. She went through surgeries and her family i was one of those who were extremely affected by the typhoon Kristyl doesn’t have an immediate family in Manila, and my dad stood as her guardian in the hospital. We have been best friends since 2007 and since then me and my family took care of her and adopted her. We might not be sisters by blood but we both know that we are real siblings by heart.
Her bill reached more than 1.2M (without the doctors fees) and she will be needing help also for her radiation treatment afterwards.
I will be doing a series of fundraising events to help her focus on just being well and not to worry too much on her bills but if you would like to extend help and donate for her hospital bills and chemo treatment it would be a very very big help.
