Hi, I’m Kristy—a mom, wife, and fighter currently navigating life with advanced lung disease and preparing for a lung transplant.

After years of working hard in my career and building a life for my family, my health has reached a point where I had to step away from work and focus entirely on staying stable and getting to transplant.

This journey is not just medical—it’s emotional, physical, and financial. While insurance covers some of the major procedures, there are many out-of-pocket costs that add up quickly: medications, travel to appointments, extended stays near transplant centers, lodging, gas, parking, and recovery support.

My goal right now is simple: stay strong, stay eligible, and make it to transplant.
