My name is Kristy Miranda , and I am a single mother raising seven children. I have always worked hard to provide stability, safety, and a loving home for my family, even through difficult circumstances. Until recently, we relied on Section 8 housing assistance to keep a roof over our heads.

Unfortunately, I wrongfully lost my Section 8 voucher due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite following the rules and trying to resolve the issue through proper channels, my assistance was terminated, and I am now facing the very real threat of homelessness with my seven children.

I am currently trying to fight this decision legally, but I cannot do it alone. I need to raise funds to hire a lawyer who can help me appeal the termination of my housing assistance and protect my children from losing their home. Without legal help, my chances of restoring our housing and stability are very limited.

I am asking for help during one of the hardest moments of my life — not because I want to, but because I must. Every donation, share, and kind word helps bring us closer to safety, stability, and justice. My children deserve a secure place to sleep, and I am doing everything in my power as their mother to make that happen.
