Help Kristi's Journey Back to Wellness

I'm Kelly Donnelly, Kristi's new employer in Alaska and am hoping that friends, current and former co-workers, and family will all rally around Kristi during her time of need.  She moved to Anchorage, AK from Bend, OR last month to accept the position of AKSPCA Clinic Manager.  We love her and her skill and vibrant spirit have impacted all of us at the AKSPCA.  This energetic, adventurous, and vital woman had a stroke last week and wound up in the hospital for treatment and tests.  Her dreams of an Alaskan adventure have been put on hold while she works to get her brain and body working on the same page again.  The move to Alaska took most of her savings, and after just a few weeks in the new job, she doesn't have health insurance yet.  So she's in a bind: out of work for at least a couple of weeks, ballooning medical bills, and it's hard to see daylight.

This is where friends, family, and co-workers come in.  Please give what you can.  Not only does Kristi have bills from this last stay, there is another procedure needed so that she can return to hiking, biking, and skiing. She is too young and active to have had a stroke.  She is too kind of a soul to be buried under a mountain of medical debt.    Please help with these medical bills.
