Help Kristina finish nursing school

Hello! My name is Kendall Moore and am setting up this campaign for my good friend and roommate, Kristina, in effort to cover her remaining tuition and education costs so that she can finish her nursing degree and graduate in June! Please continue to read as Kristina can use any amount of contribution and generosity.

Kristina received her first degree from Azusa Pacific University – Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Ministry and immediately to follow, she began to pursue her dream in the nursing field.  Kristina is currently a senior in the BSN program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). Anyone who is in the medical and/or nursing field themselves, or is friends with someone (or in relation to someone) in this field can understand and appreciate how truly rigorous, difficult, and exhausting this program is. The past three years in the program have been rough for Kristina (to say the least) - during the second year of her nursing program, Kristina had some life-changing events take place and inadvertently she has faced much difficulty in recovering educationally, personally, and financially however, she feels blessed that God has provided her with support each step of the way and has given her the strength to make it this close to the finish line! Kristina has since moved to Murrieta where she lives with my fiancé and I (where we try to help her as much as we possibly can!) and she commutes to school in the desert 2-3 times per week.

Because this is Kristina’s second Bachelor’s degree, she is not eligible for student loans and has paid for the ENTIRE program out of her own pocket, in exception to one quarter! In order to cover her education, rent, fuel, and costs necessary to live (very simply and minimally), Kristina works as a server at Chili’s and is also seeking additional employment in the medical field to supplement her income and to aid in further experience and knowledge. (Again, if you have a general understanding of the educational demands of the nursing field, you are more than likely in utter disbelief in her ability to work and pay for all of these things AND keep up in the program!)

Kristina did not want to have to ask for money or help but she has completely drained all of her resources and her life savings and she has worked too unbelievably hard to get this far only to not be able to finish. Kristina has a very selfless, kind, and gentle soul and would do anything for anyone in need. She is beautifully spirited, is very passionate about her faith and has a strong relationship with God. She is so incredibly hard working and despite any and all of the things she has been through, she continues to stay positive and work as hard as possible to accomplish her goals. If there is ANY contribution that you can make, I know that Kristina would be eternally grateful.
