Hello Everyone My name is Kristin, and I'm a long-time Reno local who is asking my community for help. At the end of February I was assaulted at my job by a Male customer stealing while I was calling police. I was given a very bad Concussion, Torn ligament in my wrist, with Neck and shoulder injuries I'm still trying to recover from and going to Physical therapy for my brain injury. I haven't been able to work since May as My lawyers and the insurance company are still fighting to get The care and surgeries approved for me that I need to recover and get back to work. I've been the Head of Household for Myself, My daughter and Grand baby so with these injuries it's completely debilitated us. My daughter found a part time job she's been at since May, but they only give her around 20 hours a week, and on minimum wage it's been a struggle. We've now fallen so far behind we're about to lose our Vehicle and possibly our residence and with no other family to ask for help We are reaching out to our community for possible assistance. We know things are hard for everyone right now, and completely understand if people can't help out. But if I could get enough people out there to even donate a dollar we appreciate every cent from the bottom of our hearts. I'm not one to ask people for help but I'll do anything I can to save my family. Thank you all for listening and God bless.
