We are raising funds to help Kristin get the medical treatment/surgeries that she so much needs. Kristin has a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos. This disease affects her entire body and has progressed in recent years. These complications can range from musculoskeletal problems like joint dislocations and severe pain, to more serious issues like arterial and organ ruptures. The Ehlers-Danlos has caused Kristin to have many other complications related to her heart and other organs. She has May Thurners ( significant bilateral iliac vein compression, Dysautonomia, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, Asthma, Severe SVT, Mast Cell Disease, and many other symptoms. Kristin has never let any of it stop her and has devoted herself to helping others, sometimes before herself. Kristin has brought many patients comfort through Hospice Nursing, served patients of many backgrounds through the Emergency Medical Services, and teaches the next generation of EMS as an EMT Instructor. Kristin devotes herself to serving others and has never not helped a patient or student in need. Kristin usually can be found helping her hospice patients, teaching, or even tutoring after hours. She is an advocate/ambassador of many foundations.

Kristin’s quality of life has lessened due to the constant pain and illness she has been dealing with. And we all want her to receive the same care that she gives to everyone else. We all know that dealing with the complications of this illness would be overwhelming for anyone, but especially for a young 21-year-old girl who’s just starting out in life. We know Kristin faces many challenges and we want to alleviate some of the financial burden for her. ♥️ We appreciate any help that Kristin receives and know that she will be so appreciative.
