Help Kristin get her lung transplant

Hi my name is Kristin Small and I am currently in the fight of my life. I am presently battling stage 4 COPD the gold (end) stage. I am surviving on only 14 % lung function and the only thing that can help me now is a lung transplant. I am in the process with Penn Medicine in Philadelphia. I have many appointments and tests that have to be completed only to determine if I qualify to be placed on list. The travel is not that bad however lodging, food and gas are adding up quickly. I also now require 24 hour care and my insurance won't help pay for caretakers. Unfortunately I live on disability which barely covers living expenses. I would never ask anyone for help but I am not ready to leave yet and I have 2 boys that I want to continue to see grow into men.
