Recently, Kristin found a lump and after a mammogram and ultrasound, received news that no one is ever prepared for: a diagnosis of cancer. Her surgeon explained that, on a scale of one to six, her results are a five and we’re now anxiously waiting on the biopsy report. The doctors have already prepared us for the reality ahead which is surgery, no matter what, and a long road of recovery.

Kristin is 39 years old and the proud, devoted mother of her son. She’s an incredible caregiver, the kind of person who puts everyone else first, no matter how tired she is. She gives her heart and soul to helping others, and now it’s time for us to rally around her the same way she’s always done for everyone else.

In the coming weeks, Kristin will be out of work for 6–8 weeks as she undergoes treatment and recovery with no paid time off to cover expenses. This GoFundMe aims to raise $7,500 to help with medical bills, mortgage, groceries, and everyday needs during this difficult period.
