Help Kristin & Her Family Fight Cancer

My sweet friend, Kristin, just got diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She is a stay at home mom of two little boys . She is the absolute best mom, wife, and friend to everyone she crosses paths with and does SO MUCH for other people.  She is constantly doing things for others, without hesitation. 

It is time that we come together and do so much for her. I hope the money raised can eliminate as many outside stressors as possible so that she can focus on fighting and healing. 

This is her post about what she found out at her first oncologist appointment today:

”Stage 3..grade 3.. triple negative.. invasive ductal carcinoma. If you'd like to know what all that means, Google it. It's not good.

I get my first surgery on Monday to get a port in my neck. I start chemo probably within 2 weeks. I meet with that doctor next week. It's been a whirlwind of a day. I'm currently in pre-op and trying to process. Process. I don't even know exactly how you process this. I'm sleepy. I have a plan. There's a plan. 16 rounds of chemo. Surgery..we don't know exactly what that will look like until after chemo...then more chemo...then radiation. I'm tired.

We fight now.” 

All of the money raised will be used for supplemental income for her husbands job whatever ends up happening with that, child care, care packages, meals, etc. to make her and her family’s life a little easier and so they can all enjoy time together instead of worrying about things that don’t need to be worried about right now.
