As many of you may know, my sister, Kristie Browning, was diagnosed with liver failure within the past year. This past week, we received the unfortunate news that Kristie needs a transplant but is ineligible due to other organ failures (kidney, heart) and would be unable to make it through the procedure. Consequently, Kristie has a less than 50% 6-month survival rate, which her liver specialist believes is being generous. At only 44 years old, this is simply heartbreaking. The only option is to keep Kristie comfortable in hospice and try to spend as much time as we can with what precious little time we have left.
Kristie has two beautiful daughters, Kindra and Ashlyn, who lost their father in a tragic car accident and recently lost all three of their grandparents. They have little in the way of a strong family structure to help them in such a tough time.
We are kindly asking for any and all support to help them through this transition of life and for funeral expenses. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
We know that many people may not want to contribute directly to GoFundMe due to their fees, so if you prefer to donate directly, please contact myself (Peter Browning) or my wife, Kimberly Browning.
