Hello everyone. I’m sure a lot of you know by now, but the past few days our lives have been turned upside down.

What started as a normal day at work for Kristian quickly led to being life flighted from the hospital ER to another hospital here in Dallas. Kristian has a major brain bleed leading to what they are calling a “hemorrhagic stroke”. This led to an emergency surgery to put a drain tube in her head to relieve pressure. While she still has functions such as movement, she’s in immense pain that they are trying to maintain control over. We are still not left with a lot of answers and we are still in limbo of what is happening.

For those of you who know her, know she is a mile a minute and is constantly trying to take care of everything and everyone around her. The timeline of her recovery will likely be pretty lengthy. The last thing we need her doing right now is worrying about rushing her recovery and trying to go back to work.

If you feel the calling to, just know our family appreciates any help to alleviate stress financially for Kristian and our family during such uncertain times.

While we are scared, we remain grateful we got her to the hospital in time and we have the best team possible for the situation we are in.
