Homelessness is deadly! My family became homeless in 2015. My sister, Kristen, did not survive it.
We were staying at a shelter, and Kristen fell off the top bunk and hit her head on the outlet box.  The shelter kicked us out, and we were sleeping in a park. We finally got enough money for a motel room for the night. The next morning she had a stroke.
Kristen is lying in an unmarked grave!
 We have no money for a headstone. We can't even bring ourselves to visit her unmarked grave! 

She was an avid reader, activist, writer, poet, my best friend and soul mate!  She was the best person you could ever know, and she was smart as a whip! Please, help Kristen rest in peace! Please help us get her a grave stone!!
