Hi everyone, it's Kristen. For the past three months, I have been thriving at my new university position, but in early November, my heater at my new apartment kicked the can, and my rental company stalled for over a month before transferring me to a new unit—all at my own expense.

The stress of the situation made me so sick that I had a case of widespread shingles and subsequent hives all over the left side of my body. The rash has marginally improved and may need to be biopsied just after the new year. The move depleted my funds, and I am hoping to offset the medical costs and pay my bills for this month.
