My name is Laura Smith as most know Cecil Miller has but up in Hamot for over a week. Cecil is in liver failure, septic, and kidney failure. He has no insurance. His daughter Kristen has been up there with him since he went up. Neither has been able to work. No plans of discharge as of yet. It's going to be a longer recovery for Cecil.
