Help Kristal and Kids Navigate Life Without Joey

Where do I start? I can't remember life without Joey. It was always the Hintze's and the Worthington's. As children, we were made to coexist because our parents were always together, but as we aged, it became a friendship and then turned into family. Joey was and is our brother. We all grew up and life happened, but we always remained close. Joey married an amazing woman from New Hampshire, Kristal, and that's when life began for him. Kristal and Joey planted roots in Massachusetts and had two beautiful children, Grayson, age 8, and Hayden, age 6. The perfect life!

Tragically, in August of 2020, Joey lost both of his parents. A devastating blow for a man who was all about family. But Joey kept going for his wife and kids. He didn't do it alone; Kristal was always by his side. Kristal and his children were his everything.

Joey was a good-time guy, always willing to help anyone. If he could, he would. He was always good for a joke or an inappropriate comment at the most inappropriate time. Joey made nicknames for most everybody he met, and that's what we would call you from then on. He was a great man with a huge heart and an even bigger personality.

Unfortunately, on October 4th, on his way home from lunch with his guys, he had a fatal motorcycle accident, leaving the love of his life to pick up the pieces. Kristal has done an amazing job keeping life as normal as possible for the kids, but as we could all imagine, she is dying inside.

It's at this point we ask all of his family and friends to help make the lives of Kristal, Grayson, and Hayden a little easier. Money will not bring Joey back, but it will ease the everyday stress of life without him.
