Help Krista Jean Spurlock Reclaim Her License

Hi, my name is Krista Jean Spurlock and I am asking for help with the cost to get my license back.

Up until very recently the state of Alaska DOC was preventing me from getting my license where I live in Washington State. Finally, they released the hold and all I need to do is pay an out of state reinstatement fee of $250. The State of Washington also is requiring a $200 reinstatement fee plus the cost of the license $75. This all may seem like not that much money, but to me it is a financial obstacle I am unable to overcome. Everyday I see decent jobs that I am way over-qualified for, but instantly not eligible for because I do not have my driver’s license. Very disheartening. So I am asking, like the song goes “to get by with a little help from my friends.” So if you are able… anything at all helps… and I promise it will come back around.

why did I lose my license to begin with? I lost it to a DUI and I can proudly say that I HAVE NOT DRANK FOR OVER 7 YEARS NOW ;) and that’s totally a good cause!
