Hello, as most of you know my sister Kris was recently diagnosed with Stage 3C Lobular Carcinoma Breast Cancer in both breast, which is very aggressive.

We met with the oncologist February 19th, and found out they will need to treat this very aggressively, meaning Chemo will be every two weeks lasting for about 16 weeks as long as she is able to tolerate it. If not it will be extended to 20 weeks, with the Chemo done every 3 weeks. Soon after Chemo she will under go a double mastectomy.

With this aggressive treatment Kris’s doctor has requested she not work, one being she will be to sick and the other she would be exposed to the public, as she works as a clerk at the local Shell Station in Arcata.

With this sudden diagnoses and having to leave her job so soon. She could use some financial help to get her through the next several months. Kris lives alone and as you know disability takes a while to get going.
