Help Kris Kassman Field Defeat Cancer!

As I sit here and start typing the tears roll down my cheeks. On March 11th 2020 I received a call from my big brother informing me that he was just diagnosed with stage 3 rectal adenocarcinoma. A few months ago he started losing weight and not feeling well and didn't know why. Kris just turned 48 years old has always been one to take care of everyone over himself.
For the next 6-9 months he will undergo very aggressive treatment starting with Chemo and radiation for 6-8 weeks in an effort to shrink the tumor. The tumor has been growing for 3-5 years and is around 2 inches in length. Kris's age gives us hope that the tumor with this aggressive treatment will shrink. The next step will consist of a two part surgery.
With all of this Kris will not be able to work and provide for his family. Insurance is non-existent and the bills are piling in. There is nothing I wouldn't do for him so I will start here in an effort to raise money to aid he and his family through this difficult time.
He is the best big brother a sister could ever have but beyond that he is a loving husband to Jennifer, father to Chelsea, Kristian, Kyler, and just recently Pappy to Harbor.
Kris grew up on Hilton Head Island, SC and graduated in 1990. He always enjoyed sports, fishing, and golfing. From a young age he was always upbeat, kind, loving, and jokester.
Kris has worked in different fields however his massage therapy work goes beyond excellence and for over 20 years has healed and comforted thousands. Kris is also a naturally gifted artist.
