Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of my sister, Kourtney, and her husband, Zac, who are going through an incredibly difficult time. Last Tuesday, Kourtney called me at work, which is out of the ordinary, but I was in a meeting and didn't have my phone on me. She then texted me that she wasn't sure if Zac was alive. I called her as soon as I read the message, and she was already at our hometown hospital with Zac, but she wasn't able to be with him. Staff of the hospital put her in a room where they tell people their loved one didn't make it. She recounted what happened at the auto detailing shop; Zac had a seizure in front of her and Brycen. Kourtney caught him and simultaneously called 911. EMS transported him and while enroute, he had two more seizures. He was intubated and had 15 seizures before he was transported to Parview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was there that Kourtney learned Zac has a 1.63 cm brain tumor. As you can imagine, this news has turned their world upside down.

He has already undergone a biopsy of the tumor, and now they are waiting for the results. They have been told that a more extensive biopsy will likely be needed. He has been told he cannot work for at least the next 6 months, and he will need care at home. With mounting medical bills, daily living expenses, and the emotional toll of this diagnosis, they need our help now more than ever.

We're hoping to ease their financial burden so they can focus on what matters most—Zac's health, recovery, and being together as a family during this challenging journey.
