Help Kosinski family with medical bills

I am Theresa Chandler, current resident of White Bluff, formerly from Kingston Springs TN and current owner of Sweet T’s. Our friend Tom Kosinski has end stage renal disease and needs a kidney transplant to live.

Tom went from a very active man with his business and sports activity to someone who can barely get out of bed. As someone who owns a business, health insurance is not great and the bills are incredible.

Tom has a wife and 3 children who are doing all they can to keep afloat while taking good care of Tom.
