Help Kortney Battle Severe Heart and Lung Conditions

My name is Rebecca and my heart is full of hope as I share this with you.

The woman in the photos you see here is my best friend, 30 year old Kortney Zblewski. We humbly ask for your donations to help with costs accumulated as a result of her current treatment at UW Madison related to her potential Heart and Double Lung transplant.

She’s so much more than an incredible friend! Kortney is the light in so many lives. She’s a loving mother to her 9 year old son, Tanner whom she homeschools. She’s a dedicated wife to her husband, Jake who never goes to work without a home cooked meal she packs for him. She’s a wonderful daughter and sister and friend to countless people who she would drop anything and everything for in order to help them.

Now though, she’s needing our help! For quite some time she’s been living with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. More recently she has additionally been diagnosed with Severe Pulmonary Hypertension and Class III Heart Failure. This woman who loved hiking and sky diving and anything to exercise her adventure-loving spirit, now struggles to walk her dogs and even get the mail.

Every donation and share helps to alleviate the mountain of bills that comes along with her continued treatment. She’s unable to work, making several trips to Madison, and when it comes time for a transplant, will need to temporarily move closer to the hospital.
