Hello, my name is Vimary, owner of Koqui Sweet, a family-owned Ohio licensed bakery proudly serving Northeast Ohio since 2020.
Last year, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Stage III esophageal cancer. I went through chemotherapy, radiation, major surgery, and continue to receive follow-up treatment. There were moments when I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to work again.
By God's grace, I am still here.
Instead of giving up, I chose to rebuild my dream. Koqui Sweet is more than a bakery—it's a symbol of hope, perseverance, and a second chance.
Every cake, flan, cookie, and dessert we make represents the determination to keep moving forward.
Today, we sell at local markets and accept custom orders, and we have even begun creating jobs in our community. Our next goal is to grow into a permanent kiosk location so we can serve more families year-round.
We're asking for your support to help us:
Purchase equipment and display cases.
Cover kiosk startup and operating costs.
Expand inventory and supplies.
Continue creating employment opportunities.
Grow Koqui Sweet into a sustainable family business.
If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, church, or community would mean just as much.
Thank you for believing in our journey and for helping us turn a difficult chapter into a story of hope.
With gratitude,
Vimary Delvalle
