Help Konner chase his dreams!

Hi my name is Konner Wayne Skelton I’m 23 years old from Oxford Mississippi. 

I was born with a rare form

Of muscular dystrophy called myotubular myopathy (XLMTM for short) which causes me to be incredibly weak and because of this I’ve had a feeding tube, been on a ventilator and have been fully powerchair dependent my entire life! My family was told I wouldn’t live past 2 years old but here I am! Unfortunately with this condition there’s a high probability I won’t see my 30th birthday and because of this I’ve decided to chase my dreams of working with wellbred purebred dogs, going to dog shows and doing dog sports! My favorite breed is the Ibizan Hound and I’ve been invited to the Ibizan Hound National Specialty being held at Purina Farms in Gray Summit Missouri on September 13th-15th! But unfortunately I might not be able to go because I can’t afford it…I live with my grandmother and we’re living off of my disability check and her social security check which isn’t much and we’re strapped as you could probably imagine….but I feel if I don’t do this now there’s a possibility I may never be able to….my real goal is $1500 but I’ve set it to $5,000 on here so i have money left over to be able to go to other shows in the future…..if I’m being honest I really didn’t want to be on this earth anymore until I started going to dog shows and it’s honestly changed my life for the better….if you can’t donate that’s fine please don’t feel obligated to do so!
