Help Kona Get the Care She Desperately Needs

Hello! My name is Brittany and Kona is my psychiatric dog. I've had her for almost five years! She sadly was given a large amount of human food by a verified sitter off Rover. I only had to use the app because where I was going, it was not possible for them to come with me. I also have a medical alert dog for blood pressure and vertigo. Project Street Vet has covered Kona's vet bills; however, they placed her on a strict diet that's prescription biome dog food canned and is $200 because of the amount I must order off Chewy. I was placed on disability last July and lost my apartment in January, so I've been sleeping in my car, motels, or friends' places when possible. I've been sober five years since this past Feb, and we are beyond grateful for the assistance we have received thus far. I hate sticking my hand out, but I cannot lose my baby! She has pancreatitis and gastroenteritis. She threw up blood from 10 pm to 4 am a few days ago and had water diarrhea so bad. I have her vet records for proof.
