My name is Frances & I'm reaching out with a heavy heart. I'm writing this as my beloved dog, Kodi is in emergency surgery right now. He has been diagnosed with Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV), a life-threatening condition that requires immediate surgery. Kodi is more than just a pet; he's a cherished member of our family. He is my fur child & a big brother to my 2 kids. He means the world to us.

We are doing everything in our power to save his life. GDV is a serious & sudden condition where the stomach twists, cutting off blood flow & causing severe damage to internal organs. Without emergency surgery, Kodi wont survive. The surgery, along with post-operative care, is expensive & we are facing cost that we cannot manage on our own. We are humbly asking for your help to cover the cost of this surgery. The estimated cost is between $6000-$8300, which includes abdominal radiographs, immediate stabilization, emergency surgery, hospitalization and any follow-up care. Any amount, no matter how small, will bring us closer to saving Kodi's life.
