Koda is my beloved cat, and she means everything to me. Recently, she started refusing food and became very lethargic. After a scary episode where she vomited, I rushed her to the vet. The vet suspects that Koda may have eaten a foreign object, which is now causing her pain and making it impossible for her to eat or feel comfortable.
Right now, the next step is to get an x-ray to confirm what’s going on inside her stomach. If the x-ray shows a blockage, Koda will need surgery to remove the object and give her the best chance at a full recovery. The costs for her treatment plan—including the x-ray, surgery, and any follow-up care—are more than I can manage on my own.
Koda is such a sweet and loving companion, and it breaks my heart to see her in distress. Any support you can give would mean the world to both of us. Thank you for reading our story and for helping Koda get the care she needs to feel better again.
