Hi, I’m Kristen, and I’m reaching out for help for my best friend, Koda. Last week, we received heartbreaking news—Koda has cancer. He has a tumor growing next to his colon, and the vet says he needs surgery as soon as possible to prevent it from invading his colon and causing fecal incontinence.
Koda is the happiest, most playful dog you’ll ever meet. He spends his days chasing reflections on the walls, always full of energy and joy. We call him our forever puppy because no one believes he’s 9 years old! Aside from the tumor, our vet says he’s in perfect health, meaning surgery could give him many more happy years. But without it, we risk losing him far too soon.
The vet has estimated cost of his diagnostic scan and surgery to be around $6,000 to cover these life-saving procedures. Every dollar raised will go directly to his medical care.
Koda is more than just my emotional support dog—he is my family, my constant source of comfort, and my best friend. I am not ready to say goodbye and he isn’t either. We are out of options, and he needs help soon.
Any support means the world to us—whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply sending positive thoughts our way. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read Koda’s story.
Please help us give Koda the chance he deserves.
