I adopted Kobe when he was 5 years old from the Humane Society of Santa Maria. Before coming into my life, he had been surrendered after experiencing abuse and living with a broken back. Despite everything he had been through, Kobe has always been loving, resilient, and full of heart.

I gave him a soft place to land, and for the past 7 years he has been my companion, my comfort, and part of my family. Kobe is now 12 years old, and his health has been rapidly declining.

I’m asking for help raising $600 to give Kobe the level of care he needs during this difficult time. These funds will go toward veterinary care, comfort measures, and if needed, end-of-life services so he can be treated with dignity and love.
