HELP "KNEE-DED"

Hey friends and family- As you know Jonathan severely damaged his knee in a training accident in Alaska. It requires immediate surgery. He cannot get insurance from the school he works for until August. His surgeon says the surgery can't wait. Without this surgery, he will not be able to mush or even run.
