Hi y'all,

My name is AC and I perform as Klypi, my alien pop star avatar. I've loved everything about what I have been able to build through this character and through the music I have written, yet in an unforeseen event of thievery, my entire live performing gig bag of musical equipment, samples, props, custom costuming, and cables were stolen from me while I was in Nashville in between tour dates. It happened on the morning of June 20th, approximately 12AM in a residential area with a designated parking space.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was taken out of my car in the middle of the night. Of course, I'm so organized I made it easy for them to steal the gig bag. I was devastated. Literally screaming at the universe to why my bad luck had been piling up, had I finally hit Rock Bottom? The past few months I have been financially struggling in a way I have never experienced. I'm good at "pulling myself up by my own bootstraps" (if you want to say that problematic statement) but I have come to the realization that no-matter how much I want to say that I don't need help and that I can make this happen for myself - I NEED HELP. I need to at least recoup my gear back and re-construct my live-set again. I believe in my work, and don't want to close the door on what I have built yet.

Music is my life's work. Yes, we could argue that everything is replaceable, but the memories I made with that gear, and the custom garment I designed, and the lipstick covered microphone, and the SD card with all my samples, and the customization I made for my notes on stage: those things are irreplaceable. And the person who stole these things will understand no value to that. My memories and customization will be discarded and the hard earned equipment I bought will most likely be sold. I get it - we are all struggling, but could you have at least taken the time to leave the things behind that you knew you could not sell? You'll erase my SD card, throw away the cycling garment, and trash the 404 notes I had on the screen cover.

I'm making this Go-Fund-Me to at least try to get back to zero, get my gear back, and design a "Klypi-RELOADED" garment for stage. I'm asking for 2000 to cover all the costs of lost gear, cables, and the remaking of this cycling suit.
