Help Klari Get the Hell Out

TLDR: My situation is bad, I need to get out of here, please help fund my move!

Hey again everyone. My name's Klari. I’m a 28 year old trans Latina living in Seattle. I'm really not a big fan of having to ask for help again, but things are getting dire and I'm more than willing to swallow my pride if it means being safe.

I've been unemployed since January, and after sending in hundreds of applications and doing countless interviews, I still haven't found myself with employment. Normally, I would just continue doing applications, but this is a bit of an issue for me, given that my income runs out mid-July, and I'll be unable to pay rent.

I'm incredibly sad to say, but living in Seattle is no longer feasible for me. After moving here during the pandemic five years ago, it's simply too difficult to find employment. The country is getting worse, and I can't live like this. The time crunch to find a job with no income and impending bills has skyrocketed my anxiety to a level where it's difficult to function, and the worsening state of things is serving to be the cherry on top. After assessing all my possibilities, my best course of action is to move to Canada, where my partner will be able to provide for me while I get back on my feet.

This is going to be difficult, given that I currently have no employment and no money. Hence, asking for help. The goal is set on my estimation of how much the trip will cost in terms of food, shelter once I'm in Canada, and travel. I'm more than happy to provide a detailed list upon request.

Since there is a bit of a time limit given the state of things and the increasing need to pay rent without active income, I will be closing the gofundme at the end of August in order to move by the end of September. I'll work with whatever I have by then to get to Canada, but anything and everything helps.

Despite continually trying to make things better, the world seems hellbent on making them worse. I really didn't expect to need help again so soon. Thank you all immensely for any and all support.
