My name is Darlene I am the mother of Kayshaun “KJ”. KJ is a very smart athletic young man. He will be graduating next month and just got accepted into his top choice college. As some may know I am a single mother and have been out of work due to an injury in a MVA so our funds are very short. I have applied for financial aid for him and that along with scholarships offered, it will only cover a portion of his tuition.

KJ plays football as well as Track and Field. He is #4 in his district with Pole Vault and helped lead his football team to the District Championship this past season. He wants to continue his education in Emergency Medicine and help others. Without assistance I am afraid he won’t be able to achieve his dreams. I pride myself and don’t ever ask for help but as they say “It takes a Village.” PLEASE help KJ even if it’s $1 or a share every little bit helps.
