Help Kiwi Get Amputation Surgery and Recover

Hi everyone,
Late last night as I was handling one of my lovely rats, Kiwi, she suddenly got startled and severely injured her tail.
We went to AMC (exotic emergency hospital in NYC) right away and they told me the only option was amputation and that it would be roughly $1,500.
To be completely honest, I can’t afford this. Even if it were my cats I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I barely make any money as it is, but I don’t want her to be in pain. She’s one of my sweetest rats and I don’t want to see her suffer.
I already spent $400 last night just for an exam, pain medication, antibiotics, and fluids.
I would really appreciate any and all donations.
