Meet Kiwi, a 10-year-old golden retriever with the gentlest heart. He’s healthy, neutered, fully vaccinated, and loves nothing more than cuddles and companionship.

Sadly, Kiwi recently lost his lifelong human dad. Right now, he’s being cared for at Wiggles Pet Hotel in Lebanon, but what he really needs is a forever family filled with love.

The one wish Kiwi’s dad left before he passed away, was for us to find Kiwi a loving forever family. We’ve found potential adopters for Kiwi in Canada or the U.S., but bringing him safely across the ocean involves a lot of costs. That’s why we’re asking for your help to give this loyal boy the new life he deserves. ❤️

Here’s a breakdown of the estimated costs to get Kiwi home:

• temporary care ~US$100 /month

• Complete veterinary check-up (including possible X-rays) – up to US$200

• Pet taxi costs (to vet, airport, etc.) – ~ US$200

• Crate for travel – up to US$225

• Dog ticket/flight cost ~ $450 USD

• Travel papers & porter fees in Lebanon – US$45

• Canadian customs fee – approx. CA$40
