My name is Krystyna, and I am raising funds for my 13-year-old cat, Kitty, who urgently needs further diagnostic examinations because of aggressive mammary cancer.

On June 2, 2026, Kitty underwent surgery to remove a mammary tumor. Unfortunately, the disease progressed very quickly. By August 13, the tumor had returned in the same area, and her left hind leg had become swollen.

Despite the disease, Kitty is still eating, drinking, using her litter box, and wants to be with us. I want to give her every reasonable chance while keeping her quality of life at the center of every decision.

Kitty’s case is now being evaluated by a veterinary specialist who has requested further diagnostics to assess her current condition and determine the best possible next steps for her. The results will also help determine whether Kitty may be a candidate for a specialized treatment option and whether transporting her for treatment would be medically reasonable.

The required diagnostics include current blood tests, an echocardiogram, and an extensive contrast-enhanced CT scan for precise tumor assessment and oncological staging. The complete CT study and medical results will then be provided to the specialist for evaluation.

I am raising €1,800 toward this urgent diagnostic stage, including the CT scan and necessary anesthesia or sedation, blood tests, an echocardiogram, and related veterinary examinations. I am currently contacting several veterinary clinics to find the earliest medically appropriate and affordable option.

The cost of these urgent examinations is beyond what I can currently afford, which is why I am asking for help.

These examinations are an important next step in finding out what can still be done for Kitty. Once the results have been reviewed, I will share an update with the specialist’s recommendation and the next steps for her.

Kitty has been part of my family for many years, and I don't want to give up on her while there are still options worth exploring.
