Meet Kitty (sometimes Mr. Kitty, or known as Cat, Handsome, Princess, Big Boy, and more) !! Two years ago he had a strange lump grow on his chin, and we had it surgically removed. A few months later, it started to grow back, and it’s continued to grow.

The tests the vets have run haven’t been able to diagnose it yet, and treatments we’ve experimented with haven’t helped, so we have to run more tests. Because it continues to grow and could start to impair his ability to eat and drink, we also have to get it removed. Fortunately it’s not causing any pain right now and the vet thinks it’s benign, but we can say for sure until histopathology results come back :,)

Kitty will have to get the lump removed via laser and have the mass biopsied; because of its sensitive spot on his face, the removal is expected to be difficult and more expensive.

He also had two urgent care health visits this past weekend, due to being unable to use the Litterbox, eat, and being in a lot of pain. He is recovering from that pretty well, as well as his biopsy! However, I’m looking at $4,000+ in bills, and I unfortunately can’t support him on my own :(
