Help Kitty Get A New Wheelchair!

I've been fighting with the insurance company for months now, trying to get a new wheelchair to no avail. There are no local companies that accept my insurance that have the type of wheelchair I need. The one I'm currently using, I originally got in 2016 and is now broken and doesn't have a foot rest.
