Hello Everyone!

BACK STORY:

Meet kitten Nick Furry! I’m raising money to help cover expenses for this kitten. I found him after leaving a restaurant following the Ren Faire, he was only 3 weeks old and in the middle of a parking lot! It was cold outside, and the poor thing was crying out for help. He was so desperate and exhausted that he let me pick him up, and just moments later, he fell asleep right in my hand.

MEDICAL NEEDS:

When I found him, Nick Furry's eyes were completely crusted over (see photo). After taking him to the vet, they found a host of other issues.

Blind in right eye

Left eye is infected and painful

has a broken tail and painful

Diarrhea

*He will need his eye removed, and possibly his tail removed*

Nick Furry has already suffered immensely in his short life, he is so young that is still learning how to walk. I have included pictures of the veterinary summary is you'd like a more detailed description. It deeply saddens me to know the pain this baby felt when he broke his tail, all alone on a cold night.

Personality of tiny kitten!

Nick Furry is growing up to be a fierce, strong kitty! He purrs a lot when you hold him, likes to climb to your shoulder, is very active, and makes biscuits. He is such a sweet kitty. I have attached photos and videos to showcase his personality.

I cannot afford this alone. I would like to save his life, but this is an extreme expense for anyone. Due to the surgeries he will need, saving his life will require money.

Please help Nick Furry live a happy kitten and pain free life! <3 anything helps. His purrs and bakery biscuits are worth it!

10/29 UPDATE:

Wow. I am at a loss for words to realize the amount of people who have been willing to help this precious kitten. I cannot describe the gratitude I have for everyone who has played a part in saving Nick Fury's life. Thanks to everyone, this kitten gets to live out the rest of his 9 lives.

I also wanted to share another update: Kitten Nick Furry underwent tail removal surgery. Upon further examination, the vet found that parts of his tail were only held together by fur and bone. I have included pictures of his recovery. It hurts to see him without his little tail, but he’s okay and on his way to recovery. He has a big journey ahead. As painful, and hopeful this entire ordeal has been, the fact of the matter remains:

He will be okay.
