Kishore Udatha is a quiet, gentle soul who works hard and loves playing pool with his friends. He’s been a dedicated coworker and a valued member of our community, always ready to lend a hand or share a smile. On January 12th, Kishore was unexpectedly detained by ICE, despite having a valid work visa through July 2030 and no criminal history. He was immediately sent to a detention center in El Paso, TX, leaving his friends and coworkers shocked and deeply concerned for his well-being.

Kishore now faces urgent legal challenges and mounting expenses. We need to raise funds quickly to cover legal fees for his bond hearing, the bond itself, and his travel costs. Since he is unable to work, he also needs help with everyday living expenses and bills. Emily (from Shooters) and I have set up a dedicated account to manage these funds and will oversee every expense until Kishore is able to do so himself.
