After years of waitlists and setbacks, I finally have an appointment for top surgery consultation! I am fundraising to cover the cost of surgery as well as travel to and from Indy, where my surgeon will be, and any time off I need to take afterward - I do have some PTO but might need to take unpaid FMLA.
