Help My Mom and Her Husband Recover After a Devastating Car Accident

On what should have been a joyful day — my mom’s birthday — she and her husband, Derek, were in a serious car accident that turned their lives upside down. Both of them suffered injuries and are now facing a long road to recovery.

They were transported to the hospital by ambulance, and since then have been dealing with hospital stays, medical treatments, and the need for in-home care. On top of the emotional and physical toll, they’re both currently unable to work and have no income coming in, making this time even more overwhelming.
