Hi, my name is Jetzairy Beniquez, and I’m reaching out because my beloved cat, Kiro (also called Kirito), is very sick. Kiro has been my emotional support since my dad passed away, and from the moment I got him as a kitten, he, along with my dog, has been there for me more than anyone else.

Recently, Kiro became very ill with a condition called FLUTD, which is often caused by stress and can be life-threatening without proper treatment. The vet recommended keeping him in care for 48 hours, but unfortunately, I’m not financially able to cover the cost, which can range from $2,000–$5,000. We were able to get him some medication and are doing our best to care for him at home—feeding him wet food with water, making sure he drinks, and giving him all the love and comfort he needs.
