I am a first-generation college student who has always taken my academics seriously. Lately, though, the stress of trying to keep up with rent while staying focused on my education has become overwhelming. I’m doing everything I can to make it work, but the reality is that I can’t afford to lose my place or my chance at an education. The pressure of trying to be a student and keep a roof over my head is getting the best of me, and it’s hard to see a way forward on my own.

Every single dollar raised through this fundraiser will go directly toward my rent for the next couple of months. This support will help me keep my housing secure so I can continue focusing on my studies and working toward my goals. Right now, I can’t even afford groceries, and things are very tight all around. I want to make it on my own, but I need some support to get through this difficult time.
