Our sweet dog Kipu was recently diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma, and our world turned upside down overnight. She’s not just a pet; she’s family and one of the brightest sources of joy in our life. Right now, she’s in Utah being cared for by her mommy, Vanessa, alongside her doggy sister Zoey, surrounded by love while we begin this fight. I recently flew there just to spend special time with her after the diagnosis, not knowing how much time we might have. Saying goodbye and getting back on that plane was heartbreaking, but I knew I had to try everything I could to give her a real chance.
Her oncologist believes she’s a good candidate for chemotherapy, which could give her 12-14 happy, comfortable months and in some best cases even up to 2 years! Her treatment plan is a cost I wasn’t prepared for but one I’m determined to try to meet so that she has the best chance possible. If you’re able to help in any way, whether donating or simply sharing, it would truly mean the world to us. Every bit helps give Kipu more time with us and to keep being the loving, happy dog she’s always been.
Thank you for caring about her and being part of her fight. Any amount truly helps, and sharing her story means just as much. ♥️
