Help Kinnick Beat Cancer: #KINNICKSTRONG
Donation protected
Our beloved Kinnick, a 7-year-old bundle of joy and adventure, has always been the heart of our family. His outgoing spirit and boundless energy have brought us so much happiness over the years. From his early days, Kinnick has faced challenges with resilience, including knee surgeries on both legs as a puppy. Now, he’s facing his toughest battle yet: sarcoma cancer in his back leg.
For the past few months, we've watched Kinnick struggle with pain, no longer able to use his back leg the way he once did. It’s been heartbreaking to see our adventurous boy held back by this illness. Today, he is undergoing surgery to have his leg amputated—a difficult but necessary step to give him a fighting chance at life. Surgery, and potentially chemotherapy, are the best options for Kinnick to reclaim his life and get back to being the happy, adventurous dog we know and love.
We are setting a goal of $15,000 to help cover Kinnick’s surgery, medications, and recovery. His total treatment is expected to exceed this amount, any additional funds raised will be donated to canine cancer research and support organizations. Every little bit helps, and your generosity means the world to us as we navigate this challenging time.
It breaks our hearts to see Kinnick go through this, but we know he is stronger than cancer. We just want him to be able to enjoy life again—chasing balls, exploring the outdoors, and being the vibrant dog he’s always been.
Thank you for being part of Kinnick’s journey and helping us give him the best chance to overcome this challenge.
Recover update - the surgery went well and he is already starting his recovery!
