King Ralph has been my best friend for the last 10 years. He’s a charismatic and beautiful cat who has been by my side through all the ups and downs in life. Today, he developed a urinary blockage and I had to rush him to the emergency vet. The team was able to insert a catheter, but his kidneys are exhibiting dangerously high levels of white blood cells, which has raised concerns about possible underlying kidney issues. Because of this, King Ralph needs to be held at the vet for at least 48 hours, and the costs for his care are quickly adding up well beyond my current means.

On top of this, I am already in a difficult situation financially because of a moderate ankle sprain earlier this year, which prevented me from working for about a month. This has made it even harder to cover King Ralph’s emergency care, so I could really use the support right now.
